All products sold on S. Architectonics are digital files (such as PDFs) delivered electronically. Due to the nature of these products, once they have been downloaded or accessed, they are considered used, and no refunds can be issued.

  • The product was not delivered to you due to technical issues on our end.
  • The product was significantly different from the description provided on our website.
  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
