02 — Digital Products

Digital Products

All products sold on S. Architectonics are digital files — primarily high-resolution PDFs — delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

Important: Due to the nature of digital products, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered used. No refunds can be issued for products that have been successfully downloaded and accessed.

This is standard practice for digital product vendors and is in place to protect the integrity of our intellectual property and the value of our designs.

03 — Refund Eligibility

Refund Eligibility

We understand that mistakes can happen. You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • ✓The product was not delivered to you due to a technical issue on our end — for example, a failed download link or delivery system error.
  • ✓The product was significantly different from the description provided on our website — for example, the floor plan layout, bedroom count, or style is materially inconsistent with what was advertised.
  • ✓You accidentally purchased the same product twice within a short time window and have not downloaded the duplicate.
14-day window: To request a refund under any of the above conditions, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe the claim is fraudulent or made in bad faith.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • ✗Change of mind after the purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.
  • ✗Accidental purchase of the wrong product — please review all product details and previews carefully before checking out.
  • ✗Failure to download the product within the available download window due to factors on the customer’s side.
  • ✗File compatibility or format issues once the product has been successfully downloaded — our files are delivered in standard PDF format compatible with all major PDF readers.

Exchanges

Since our products are digital, we do not offer exchanges in the traditional sense. However, if you encounter any technical issues with your file — such as corruption, incomplete download, or a broken download link — please contact us.

File issues: If your file is corrupted or could not be downloaded correctly due to a technical fault, we will provide a new download link for the same product at no additional charge.
